Aurora
Dawn Reinke has spent the last 15 years working in startup
and growth stage environments, predominantly in software
development and financial services companies. Before that,
she spent three years working for NCR Corporation in Mexico
City and Atlanta. She has held positions ranging from sales
and marketing to implementation and project management.
Aurora has held leadership positions in both professional
and volunteer capacities. She is a gifted communicator and
has been a sought after guest speaker and lecturer. She is
passionate about quality and diligence, and helping
organizations be best in class. Aurora is also driven by a
desire to integrate her faith into all areas of her life.
As part of her commitment to entrepreneurship, Aurora has
also dedicated herself to teaching today’s and tomorrow’s
business leaders. In the Fall of 2008, Aurora created and
delivered an 8-session workshop series on small business
management for adult immigrants in the Latino community at
Erie Neighborhood House.

Since Spring of 2009, Aurora has taught undergraduate
students as an adjunct professor at the Kendall College
School of Business, teaching marketing, analysis and
decision making, technology and innovation, and sales
management.

Aurora holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with
honors from Georgia State University and an International
MBA from the Moore School of Business at the University of
South Carolina. She also has a certificate from the
Perspectives World Christian Movement course.
Aurora serves on the board of two non-profit
organizations. She has served since 2005 on the board of
Hedge Funds Care, a fundraising organization which provides
grants to agencies dedicated to the prevention and treatment
of child abuse. In 2009, Aurora joined the board of the
Latino Breakfast Club, an organization which seeks to bridge
faith and the marketplace. Aurora also attends and serves at
New Life Community Church’s Tri-Taylor campus in Chicago,
IL. She and her husband, Charles, reside in the Ukrainian
Village neighborhood of near west Chicago.
